SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

RETURNS: All returns must be returned within 30 days for full refund. Any item returned after 30 days is non-refundable, returns must include receipt. All concert ticket sales are final; no refunds on concert tickets! (unless show is cancelled). Products received after 30 days will be returned to the customer and freight billed to the customer's credit card.

RETURN PACKAGING: Repack the product, place the packaged product in a protective outer covering.
Please Note: We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange.

777 Media is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES: The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products; 777 Media will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange product. If the return is our mistake, we will refund the shipping cost. We recommend shipping via USPS ground.

RETURN SHIPPING METHOD: 777 Media strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your Tracking Number.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: If your product arrived DAMAGED in transit, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please inform 777 Media of the refusal. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for 777 Media to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in; notify 777 Media immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of the damaged merchandise.


USING A CREDIT CARD AND YOUR BILLING/STATEMENT: 777 Media does not sell products to children or teens, but does sell to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use 777 Media only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. 777 Media reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
